Best Homemade Face Pack for Monsoon

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of honey
  • A pinch of turmeric powder (optional)
  • A few drops of lemon juice (optional)
  • Rosewater (as needed)

Instructions:

1. Mixing the Ingredients:

  • In a small bowl, combine the gram flour, yogurt, and honey. If you want to add extra brightness to your skin, you can also add a pinch of turmeric powder and a few drops of lemon juice. These ingredients help with skin rejuvenation and tan removal.

2. Forming a Paste:

  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly to form a smooth paste. You can adjust the consistency by adding rosewater to achieve a paste that's easy to apply on your face.

3. Applying the Face Pack:

  • Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser to remove any dirt or makeup.

  • Apply the prepared face pack evenly on your face and neck, avoiding the sensitive eye area.

4. Relax and Wait:

  • Allow the face pack to dry for about 15-20 minutes. During this time, you may feel a slight tightening sensation as the pack dries.

5. Rinse Off:

  • Once the pack is dry, dampen your face with water and gently scrub the pack in a circular motion to exfoliate the skin.

  • Rinse your face thoroughly with cool water and pat it dry with a clean towel.

6. Moisturize:

  • After using the face pack, apply a gentle moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.

This homemade face pack helps in cleansing your skin, removing dead skin cells, and brightening your complexion. It's suitable for all skin types. Use it once or twice a week to maintain healthy and glowing skin during the monsoon season.
