Avocado Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 2 cups of cold milk (you can use dairy milk or a dairy-free alternative like almond milk)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the avocados: Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh. Make sure the avocados are ripe and soft, as they will blend more easily.

  2. Blend the avocados: Place the avocado flesh in a blender.

  3. Add the milk: Pour the cold milk into the blender with the avocados.

  4. Sweeten the milkshake: Add honey or sugar to the blender. Start with 2 tablespoons and adjust according to your sweetness preference.

  5. Add flavor (optional): If you want a touch of vanilla flavor, you can add the vanilla extract to the blender.

  6. Pinch of salt: Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.

  7. Blend: Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. If you prefer a thicker shake, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again.

  8. Taste and adjust: Taste the avocado milkshake and adjust the sweetness or any other flavorings as needed. You can add more honey, sugar, or a splash of milk if necessary.

  9. Serve: Pour the avocado milkshake into glasses, garnish with a slice of avocado or a drizzle of honey if desired, and serve immediately. You can also serve it with a straw and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or cocoa powder for added flavor.

Avocado milkshake is a refreshing and healthy drink that's great for breakfast or as a snack. It's not only delicious but also provides you with the nutritional benefits of avocados, such as healthy fats and essential nutrients. Enjoy!
